Many employers are using it as a forum to find out what prospective employees are up to. Insurance companies and fraud investigators are actively using it as a tool as well. Some attorneys argue that it is an invasion of privacy, but insurance companies and their attorneys argue that if it’s not privacy protected it’s fair game.
